At SPP Corporation we partner primarily with you, who are players in the food and beverage business, as a vendor – contractor to design and build or fabricate to your design process equipment for your use in the manufacturing process. So, whatever your product is, wet, dry, frozen, we have the capability to build for you the equipment you need for your business. For the past 38 years we have been building process equipment (manufacturing equipment or what we fondly call Big Kitchen equipment, to blend, mix, heat, cool, cook or store food and beverage products. While food and beverage process equipment are our specialty, we are also skilled in fabricating and building equipment for non-food products such as personal hygiene products like shampoo, toothpaste, chemicals and other fabricated products and support equipment and accessories including air exchange, recovery and returns.
We are in the manufacturing industry and our clients recognize our competence in the areas of design and fabrication. We design, fabricate and supply equipment based on customers’ specification meeting necessary construction codes standards. We have supplied both stainless steel and mild-steel processing and storage tanks, agitators, ribbon blenders, cookers, conveyors and other processing equipment and accessories.
Aware that it is vital that equipment in the food and beverage industries meet GMP standards, we design and fabricate our products to meet such standards. This means that equipment in contact with the product are made with compatible materials, do not have dead spaces where residue can get stuck and all the joints and surface finishes are finished to the right grade. Our designed equipment can be cleaned with automated CIP cleaning or manual cleaning as per client specifications.
We have a design team in house who can help you in the design of your equipment and in choosing the type of materials to be used for such equipment to ensure compatibility with your product for you to enjoy many years of cost efficient, trouble-free use of such equipment.
If you have retained a professional design company to design your plant and equipment or if you have your own internal design team, there is no conflict or problem with that. We have traditionally worked with design professionals to fabricate equipment according to their design. We can also work with owner supplied designed equipment.
SPP Corporation has also distinguished itself in the areas of installation, erection and commissioning. We not only build your equipment but are competent to install them along with other equipment sourced from abroad or from other vendors.
We have skilled pipefitters, welders and erectors to move and place your equipment, build the network of pipes to and from them and test and commission them.
